Çözüldü Authme mysql bağlanmıyor!

Authme kullanıyorum ve uzak mysql sunucusuna bağlantı sağlanamıyor.
VDS ve siteyi farklı hosting firmalarından aldım. C-paneldeki tüm bilgileri doğru girmeme rağmen çalışmadı.
Site script kurarken localhost ve diğer mysql bilgilerini kurmuştum o zaman çalışmıştı acaba vds den hosting'e bağlantı sağlanamıyor mu?

bunu yine denemiştim olmamıştı. uzak mysql den ip adresini falan eklemiştim gündüz. Şuan sıkıntısız çalıştı çok şaşkınım.
