Özel Kağıtla Gidilebilecek Warp nasıl yapılır

Yani şöyle söyliyim ben özel bir kağıt vereceğim. O özel kağıt ile kişi kağıda tıkladığında normalde kimsenin gidemeyeceği warpa gitme hakkı kazanacak.

Yani kişi normalde gidemeyecek ancak özel kağıt ile gidebilecek bunu nasıl yapabilirim?
