Çözüldü ben bu velocity hatası ile uğraşmaktan bıktım!!!!!

bu hatayı hangi sunucuya bağlanırken alıyorsanız o sunucunun paper.yml dosyasını yollayın veya şu ayarları kontrol edin:

Yanlış ayarlama yapılmış

Velocity'ye bağladığınız bütün sunucularınızın başlat.bat'ın bulunduğu ana klasörde
config/paper-global.yml (1.16 gibi eski sürümlerde düz paper.yml) dosyasındaki bu kısımı ayarlayın:

secret kısmına velocity klasörünüzdeki secret token anahtarını yapıştırın

ardından player-info-forwarding-mode ayarını modern çekin, velocity ve alt sunucularınıza restart atın.
